"In the beginning, I thought this was going to be a great agency to work with, but the people at this office did not care one eye out about me when I totaled my car. I have stayed with State Farm, but moved everything to the Cherokee office where I am very happy. Ryan Harvey‘s office would not return calls my settlement for my Total vehicle took months. It was unbelievable. I called the Cherokee office told him what was happening and within a week I had my money for my car! They’re wonderful and Cherokee Ryan Harvey‘s office is giving State Farm a bad name if this is how they treat all the people"
